- Proposing step by step to apply quality management standards such as ISO, lean, TQM ...,
- Build and operate movements to improve productivity and quality in the group
- Participate in the process of building the document system of the group
- Guiding the member units of the group to build professional processes;
- Develop service quality standards and issued to perform at member units
- Participate in the management and data exploitation of the group
